Service contracts are an excellent way to keep your network up and running optimally. Money is time; you cannot make money with down computer systems. Besides keeping your network running optimally you can actually save money by using our service contracts. Each service contract is custom made to your specific needs.  You the client will choose what you need.

How do the service contracts work?

One of our System engineers will go onsite and evaluate your network. The system engineer will then report to you the findings of the evaluation.  The system engineer will then state what should be done to correct or maintain the network.


What might service contracts include?

Anti-Virus Patch Updates:

Download and install the latest virus definitions to maximize the safety of your system.

UPS Testing:

Test the operational status of the UPS, insure that the latest software is installed and the device is configured and functioning properly.

Tape Backup Verification:

To ensure your data is being backed up and protected to give you the most comprehensive protection of this vital asset to your organization.

Disaster Recovery Plan:

No matter how small your business is, having proper documentation for disaster recovery is invaluable. These documents include:

  • Backup strategies
  • Server configurations
  • Network diagrams Security (physical and network)
  • Emergency contact forms

Network Tune-up:

Test and configure the network operating system to insure performance is at it's peak capacity.

Network OS Patches:

Download and install the latest patches for your network operating system.

Station Optimization:

Perform station configuration and optimization.
Ongoing Maintenance

Once your network is running smooth you need to keep it that way. Though process developed by IT Ace we can be “putting out the fire” before you see the smoke meaning preventative maintenance is most important.
